Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine ADAudit Plus
We have two products. One for the Domain controllers and the second for the file servers. ADAudit Plus collects all of our data, logs, logins, changes in out domain, changes in permissions, any suspicious activity. It also sends us alerts vis Email or SMS. We also using the reports to see if there is something not as usual.

- The self SSL certificate is a bit tricky
- I think the KB is outdated
- We had a regulation request to monitor the file servers and ADAudit does that.
- We had a regulation request to remove any unnecessary permission and ADAudit helps with that.
The visibility improved, no doubt. We can see all the events in one place. The customizable reports sure help save time, very nice feature.
It really helps when we want to track back on changes some admin made, GPO, Permission etc. It helps locate and remove the not needed permission and made everything much easier. We found some old users and non-relevant users and groups we could remove. We can see what users we can disable if they have not logged in in the last few months.
We don't have server monitoring.
