Overall Satisfaction

  • We were previously an Eloqua client and the ease of Marketo to setup triggered communication, email templates, forms and everything are phenomenal.
  • I used to have to take a full day to setup a campaign in Eloqua. Now it takes me literally just an hour or so from start to finish. I absolutely love this product!
  • I am happy with all the tools capabilities from my vantage point.
  • This tool has directly enabled us to communicate mass emails that appear to be personal. This saves time for our Account Managers because they do not have to continue making one-on-one calls or send individual emails just to share information that is meant for all of our clients.

  • This product was purchased to be our targeted marketing and sales communication solution. We also use this tool for monthly client communication.

Training was great and easy to follow along!

Support

Marketo support is always very quick to respond.

Usability

Everything is just easy to setup and manage. The only reason I give it a 9 and not a 10 is that I feel there are some reporting elements that could be improved.

Reliability

The only issue I’ve seen/heard about is there system has issues with peak times when their servers are being heavily used.

Integration

Our Marketo tool is fully integrated with our Salesforce.com CRM. It is unbelievable the level of integration we were able to achieve both ways. Account Managers can view client activity in Salesforce.com. We are able to record web pages that clients visit and add this information to their contact record in our CRM.
