Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

Marketo is used by our sales and marketing department for email marketing and analytics to drive leads and communicate with customers.

Pros

  • Do not need a technical background to use effectively

Cons

  • Slow to pull reports
  • Not a lot of flexibility in email and landing page templates
  • Community forum is difficult to navigate
  • Attract the right customers
  • Engage and grow customers over time
  • Measure marketing investment
Marketo has helped us achieve all of these goals, although it is sometimes slow and not particularly user-friendly.
Great for easy email sends and to pull analytics on email. However, our large database causes the system to run slowly very often. The new Email Insights dashboard is a good way to see a snapshot of email performance.
