I contract out to B2B software and market research companies who use Marketo for their email marketing needs.
- Ability to segment content is very easy.
- The new 2.0 editor for email is very user-friendly.
- Customer support and documents are very clear and helpful.
- In the past, templates didn't have the ability to be responsive, but Marketo has finally changed that. I wish there was more freedom with responsive implementation, but it makes sense it would be a bit restrictive due to the form functionality and other functionality within landing pages.
- Engage and grow customers over time
I am more on the back end of things and don't study any metrics. I do know from Marketo's robust ability to easily cater to a specific audience without the need of really complicated back end code or rules, my clients have seen good results.
