We use Marketo for all of our lead capture, lead routing and scoring as well as the hub for all of our lead and contact communications. It has greatly streamlined our communication and lead management process. Additionally, it has provided a level of sophistication to our sales team that they previously didn't have.

We use Marketo to engage with TOF prospects to get them warmed for sales, move them quickly through the sales cycle. And then on the back end either nurture them back into opportunities or to start engaging with them as clients. It handles all of our communication needs.
