Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

It is being used by multiple departments but mostly by marketing to assist with our marketing automation and nurturing efforts. Other departments use it for strategic communication purposes.
  • Ability to make most things a reality. If you can think of something you want to do with a lead, you can make it happen in Marketo with the right know-how.
  • Needs a better, more intuitive user interface and experience. Not user-friendly.
  • Needs better email building capabilities: Drag and drop editor.
  • Better reporting.
