Marketo is used primarily by the marketing department across the majority of the Perforce Brands - it is used for lead management and recently we upgraded to add the ABM feature to allow us to see engagement on the account level in addition to the lead and contacts.

- Interface can be very slow and get stuck

Increase product sales for existing customers, educate our customers on newly launched features and grow adoptions. For new business we nurture leads and warm them up to reach our MQL score so those can be handed to our SDR. Lead management allows us to keep the health of our base , understand who has opted in and reflect all that into our arm.
