Overall Satisfaction with Method:CRM

Method is used by our organization for building client's orders from estimate status to completion. We also house our contacts in the Method database and keep current activities in relation to customers in each account. I enjoy the ease of accessing client information along with totality of client history that is easily accessible.
  • Access to a database where you can add leads, customers and vendors
  • Ability to take an estimate all the way to an invoice
  • Works alongside QuickBooks
  • Allowing attachments to move with an estimate throughout the system when it becomes a sales order, etc
  • Allowing attachments on individual customers/contacts without it being associated to a specific customer
  • Allowing notes on individual customers that populate when creating a new estimate or sales order
  • Efficiency in the company has improved
  • All associates have access to live updates
  • Ease of use makes training quick and painless

I'm fairly new to the company and have only been using Method for the last year and the ease of use has been a blessing for me. I've self trained on most of the aspects and have incorporated new operations in the company, based on what Method has to offer, that have enhanced the productivity for all associates.
I put in a request for service and was quickly assisted within the chat.
Method is a solid database for all types of business uses. With the option to work alongside QuickBooks - Method is a must have tool. You can easily export information into workbooks for external use. We would like to see an option to add customizable promotional ad's for our customers but we currently use a third party service for that. It would make it easier if we were able to do that in the same spot where all of our contacts are currently housed.
