CMDB helps us in fulling several processes of Asset Management as well as Service Management like Incident, Problem, Change, Release in keeping tab of the ownership, SLA tacking & Impact analysis of these mentioned areas. It also helps in business service mapping with respective technologies for event management perspective, this helps us in providing invisibility in the health and performance of the CI supporting the given businesses.

The discovery of Docker Swarm in real-time is quite a unique feature that is available in CMDB. This tool is very well tailored to be used in a large organization with millions of users and assets. Their auto-learning feature comes quite handy for such an organization which gives an overview of all the software and applications installed across the organization. There is UI/UX that needs a refresh and should have the easier capability to operate via browser.
