Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Exchange
We use it primarily for email services; however, it does get used for creating documents, spreadsheets, storage, etc. There are some difficulties with using Word, Excel, and Powerpoint since this is a cloud-based program. You have to save everything to the cloud storage, which is good to free up the computer/server storage, but it does create some more steps to be able to download and save these documents on an actual computer.
- Access to email services
- Teams
- Keeps documents off your computer or server and freeing up space
- May be more secure
- when saving a document, it would be nice to have the ability to save in the cloud and on a computer at the same time if so desired
- ease of downloading documents to a computer
- not having to have anything encrypted when downloading documents
- Email
- Accessibility
- Storage
- Easier to manage for all employees
- Easier accessibility for all employees
- Eliminated the need for extra servers
I am not really sure as I did not choose to go to Microsoft Exchange.
