Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Exchange

We use it primarily for email services; however, it does get used for creating documents, spreadsheets, storage, etc. There are some difficulties with using Word, Excel, and Powerpoint since this is a cloud-based program. You have to save everything to the cloud storage, which is good to free up the computer/server storage, but it does create some more steps to be able to download and save these documents on an actual computer.

Definitely well suited for email services. It is easily accessible; however, it does take several windows to go through to get to your email. We also have it set up for a finite amount of storage, so you have to stay on top of what you want to keep and what to delete.
