Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Office 365

Microsoft Office 365 is being used by our organization across all departments. It allows us to have access to all of the business software that we need to complete the projects we need to get done. We are able to do spreadsheets, create presentations, type reports and letters and much more.
  • It gives us quick and easy access to all of our business software in one central location.
  • It gives us access to a variety of types of software that we need to do business.
  • It gives us access to our email software in the same location as our business software.
  • It would be nice if there was a reminder when employees power up their computer that they log in to their Teams software.
  • Microsoft Office 365 has an overall positive ROI for our business because we are not having to purchase business software that we need separately and keep them all up to date.
Things have gone so smoothly with Microsoft 365 that I have not needed to contact customer support.

Yes

I think Microsoft 365 is well suited for both large and small businesses. I think it would be less suited for personal home use unless you happen to do office or school work from home and would need access to the spreadsheet and presentation software.
