Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power Automate
We use Microsoft Power Automate to share alerts, reports from Powerbi whenever a KPI has crossed a target or seeks attention. When we conduct surveys on feedback of processes and improvements areas it helps to connect with Forms & SharePoint to records the data. It helps in web scraping and save time.
- Creating, Editing and troubleshooting the flow is simple and easy
- Integrating with other Microsoft tools is flawless like PowerBI, Forms, SharePoint.
- Does not require human intervention at all and processes can be completely automated
- Integration with 3rd party services other than Microsoft owned
- Triggering emails based on alerts or reports
- Integrating PowerBI, Forms, Sharepoint
- Vast source of template so we don't have to do everything from scratch
- Saves time in creating, generating reports
- Improves turn around time in providing insights to reports and actionable items
- We could easily develop SME that could train other users to use the tool in their day to day activities.
For entry level users and first time users this helped them to implement, learn to create, troubleshoot the flows faster. For advanced users it was not that much helpful as for more specific problems the results were not useful to develop and create flows. Overall it helped to boost the usage of the tools for more early level users.
Firstly, it came with organizational license, so it was available to everyone, for some of the automations that we're not able to do so when we took license for other tools it was more difficult and tedious to do hence, we had to shift back to Microsoft Power Automate. License of other tools is much more expensive.
