Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow)

It has been very useful. I am our HR department of 1 and it has helped me organize and automate many functions of my job. However, that being said, the system is not very intuitive. I find it very hard for someone with very basic knowledge to learn how to use the program. I have learned a lot and it's been a very useful tool. I know that there is way more that the program can do, but understanding how to do them is not the best. That doesn't mean I would quit using it.

ADP Mobile Solutions has ways to communicate and set up approvals. However, they are only related to HR/Payroll. I have created approvals and communications not only for recruitment communications but also for employee engagement. I have also created pulse and exit surveys for our employees.

Do you think Microsoft Power Automate delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Microsoft Power Automate's feature set?

No

Did Microsoft Power Automate live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Microsoft Power Automate go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Microsoft Power Automate again?

Yes

I use it for communication flows to different groups of people depending on the answers in the form that is attached to the flow. There are more technical steps that I do not understand fully. There are outputs with a graphic format for each email communication. Approvals are easy to set up, but, again, formatting the email is not intuitive and when left on default, it does not look very good.
