Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Powerpoint
My personal way of using Microsoft PowerPoint: To present digital documents. There are rich features within the software: I can choose between multiple templates to pick the one that suits the project that I’ll be presenting, I can go offline to keep working on my projects without having to find an internet hotspot, or I can simply take advantage of the various font colors in a well-done ergonomy which makes the navigation very fluid.
It’s time to upgrade the product so that it can catch the graphic designing trend. Canva, or Adobe Spark (to just name those) are already leading this particular market. Can you think about a scenario where PowerPoint can ally its presentation side with the possibility for designers to create and release their works out? Sometimes we face this problem in our company; because some of our clients are artists and they only can send us their work through Adobe or Canva. It’d be better to let them customize their arts through Microsoft PowerPoint too.
Overall, this is a good and reliable software to use, because not only does it has an uncatchable amount of features, it is most importantly secure. I’ve been using this product for years, both personally and in my professional career. I can confidently recommend it to anyone to buy it. You won’t find a product of this caliber when it comes to presenting. Whether you use it as an individual, a small business, or a big company; you’ll be pleased by it.

- Going offline to keep working on my projects without having to find an internet hotspot
- taking advantage of the various font colors in a well-done ergonomy which makes the navigation very fluid
- Being able to work remotely presenting a given project to different geo-located members
- The software must be upgraded to enable designers to customize their arts like in Canva or Adobe Spark.
- Files must be automatically saved as we're working.
- Reduce the bugs as much as possible.
- The ability to work remotely presenting digital documents for a giver project. So, it is a good tool for an efficient team management
- Being able to choose between a rich variety of different templates
- Being able to go offline to still work on our files
- The software saves us a huge amount of time by enabling us to present documents to countless project-team members
- We gain in productivity daily
- The software needs to be upgraded though; to meet the design market trend. Meaning that artists should be able to customize their works just like in Canva or Adobe Spark.
Microsoft PowerPoint is just unbeatable when it comes to presenting. The software is reliable in terms of experience and security (we have multiple threats on the internet). The other reason why I use mostly Microsoft PowerPoint instead of Apple Keynote is because of the rich features that this software has. Microsoft PowerPoint has templates and other features than any other software in the presenting field. Also, the navigation is very intuitive with a beautiful ergonomy.
