Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams were used in the enterprise to communicate between teams and address daily tasks. Since the outbreak of the pandemic and the introduction of the work-from-home model, teams have become increasingly important in carrying out the everyday office routine. Regular status calls, social gatherings, information sharing sessions, trainee preparation, and so on.

- Accumulation of Groups
- The mobile data consumed by the app during the call is high
- Virtual Machine Teams application is not stable
- Recurrence Call Scheduling Feature
- Channel Based Live Sessions
- Multiple Devices support during the call.
- Effective usage of contacts that are synced with outlook
- It can be structured according to organization requirements

Cisco Jabber is not as adaptable as the Microsoft Teams. The teams that are created in jabber are automatically removed when the application is restarted, but the groups that are created in teams are available for the duration of the application. When compared to teams, Jabber's screen sharing feature is sluggish. With jabber, the call option is not open. Jabber does not support the definition of networks.
