Overall Satisfaction with MindManager
A few individuals in our sales and operations groups use the product. It is being used as a brainstorming tool, and a tool to capture the current state of complex clients. It particularly helpful mapping and communicating a strategy that a team of individuals can easily follow across the many departments that support our largest cleints.
- SWOT analysis.
- Gap analysis.
- Customer retention strategy analysis.
- Make it easier to cut and paste items from one branch to another.
- Make it easier to reformat many branches simultaneously.
- Easier to send out versions that people can with edit or make up.
- Increase the flexibility of the Org Charts.
- It a great communication tool for relating complex circumstances concisely.
- Great tool for laying out a train of thought then having other builds upon it.
- Great tool for creating a 360 degree of a problem.
I use MindManager to me visualize a strategy I want to use with a client or present a broad range of facts about a current state to others in order to get them up to speed or solicit their perspective on how to best address a problem.
One or two many years ago. I can't remember their names. None of them had the functionality of MM.
