Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used as a virtual collaboration board across departments. It helps facilitate team discussions in remote setup, as well as cooperation between business and product teams. Thanks to Miro, people can contribute to various projects and propose their own solutions, comment, and interact with already existent content. In many cases, it replaces PowerPoint or a physical whiteboard that would be otherwise used.
  • Collaboration.
  • Design thinking.
  • Remote work.
  • Performance of the apps.
  • Accessibility of the tools/integrations.
  • Improved transparency.
  • Increased interactivity.
  • Improved people contribution.
The tool is easy to set up and use. It supports SSO solutions, as well as guest access for others to use. It never took long to set up a new user or to share contact with someone outside of the team or company. It also worked well with other tools that were used by our company.
There was never a problem with using Miro along with other tools. It was often being displayed on Zoom calls, as well as worked on with content taken directly from Google Docs or Microsoft Office apps. It also worked well with PDF and photo document formats. There was also a possibility to integrate the tool with other systems (e.g., Slack).
We were able to run creative sessions while in remote setup and then share their results in accessible form with other stakeholders. Miro made it easy to work together despite the distance and enabled creative contribution without face-to-face contact. Also, process or product design was dramatically enhanced thanks to the use of Miro.

Miro is a perfect tool to facilitate project team discussions enabling everyone's contribution. It helps to conduct process and product design, as well as gather stakeholders' feedback on the proposed resolution. For instance, it was used to align our team's mission & goals, present new product designs to managers, and run an executive workshop with embedded presentation and voting.
