Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is currently being used to create workflows and provide understanding and collaboration between team members while working remotely.
  • Easy to move objects on the whiteboard.
  • Good loading speed.
  • Easy for team members to join a board and collaborate.
  • The downloading .pdf function isn't great in the free version.
  • I think having an optional description of tools/icons would be useful when starting to use Miro, so you don't have to hover over each icon to see what it does.
  • It made collaboration with dispersed teams easy.
  • It provided a tool for staff to record ideas.
It's easy to use and easy to access.
It's made it easy to share ideas with a remote team and reduced the need to travel long distances to carry out meetings/discussions.

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
The functionality appears to be the same, but more of the team was using Miro.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Cisco Jabber
It's easy to use and gets people involved in discussions and workflow creation. Easy to move objects around the board, but it can look a bit messy and needs time to tidy up before sharing with people outside the team, but that's not a huge problem. The facility to brainstorm and collaborate with a dispersed team is what it's really good at.
