Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Our team uses Miro as an internal collaboration tool but we also use it as a collaboration tool with some of our external consultants. Miro works fantastic in allowing teams to cross-collaborate asynchronously as well as in real-time. Miro assists our team to talk through complex ideas and navigate creative solutions.
  • Boards for presentations, where teams can work collaboratively to compile the presentation.
  • Comments on items reviewed and assigning actions to team members.
  • Visibility of new changes by highlighting recent adjustments.
  • Linking comments to items on the board.
  • Sticky note feature allowing teams to comment on all items within the board.
  • More options for drawing tools.
  • Easier drawing tools especially the line function.
  • Direct import of images loading full resolution images into the board.
  • Improved productivity by allowing asynchronous collaboration.
  • Improved alignment among teams of active projects because of visibility.
  • Quicker turnaround time of feedback.
It is easy to roll out for a team and to add team members to specific boards.
Easy to deploy in a team, and easy to start using. Lots of templates can be used when starting out to get familiar with all the settings. Intuitive design reduces the training required to use the platform.
Miro has helped our dispersed team stay aligned through increased visibility. Miro has also helped the team collaborate asynchronously allowing work to get done faster with full visibility to the team of decisions made. Miro creates one platform to brainstorm, complete the work as well as present completed work. Through the integration of these different stages, the team saves time and is more efficient.

Miro combines the strengths of different programs into one platform, allowing teams to investigate an initial idea, evaluate a conceptual idea, build feedback and comments through the development of the idea, and ultimately presenting the project to stakeholders. Following the presentation, Miro also provides the tools to capture feedback received by stakeholders. Great platform for collaboration.
Miro is fantastic for cross-collaboration and visibility with dispersed teams. Mark-up functions of drawings (drawing tools) should improve to make the mark-up of drawings easier.
