Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Has been a good product so far. Love the templates and accelerate the process of designing flows and Kanban.

Pros

  • Library of a template is reached.
  • Very easy way to export pdf.
  • Collaboration abilities are great.

Cons

  • The Miro app for Mac is not great.
  • A quick way to connect cards.
  • Saved time from building complex presentations.
All good... Just Improve the Mac app please.

Competition is tight. One place where Lucidchart stands out is the ease of connecting blocks(i.e shapes, notes, etc..) Miro does that as well but needs some extra clicks.
This is great for conducting collaborative workshops.
