Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We love using Miro in designing and discussing complex sales, marketing, and service journeys with our customers. Micro’s collaboration capabilities allow us to co-design even in virtual environments and in calls with many, many participants. The best replacement for in-person meetings for any discussion is intense alignment. Sometimes even better than a physical whiteboard thanks to the “unlimited” space.
  • Collaboration in virtual settings.
  • Give an overview of complex journeys.
  • Larger canvas than a physical whiteboard.
  • Licensing complexities
  • Predefined Diagram (e.g. Archimate UML).
  • Freehand drawing.
  • Savings in Tavel Time.
  • Increased Sales when physical meetings were impossible.
  • Internal alignment.
Everything was fine.
Everything is fine, great integration with our SSO.
Miro has saved us and me a lot of travel time. (Being a father of two young kids that is highly appreciated!). It makes our teams better aligned when we build complex customer demos involving multiple products and the respective product experts. Hand-over points become visualized and mich clearer, late “I think you do that” surprises became much rarer.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro provides more flexibility and greater design options. The “endless” canvas is really missing in similar products. Also, customers are less hesitant to use it since it is simply not “from the big G”.
Great for virtual meetings and discussions on complex issues such as an end customer’s journey through a company’s various delays like sales, service, marketing, etc. Also supports later async follow-up discussions. Lacks some notation and design options to design complex architectures that might also use some predefined notations like UML, ArchiMate, etc.
