Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Current use on a project team, allowing a team of internal employees and external partners to collaborate in real-time. Love that we're really able to cut down on email between meetings because everything goes on the board. And it makes the meetings more engaged because we can all be actively sharing ideas at the same time.

Pros and Cons

Sticky notes for everyone to share thoughts and ideas.
Can do everything on the board without having to resort to slides.
Colorful so it keeps it visually appealing.

I feel like I have to keep switching from input mode to drag mode. And I'm never sure which mode I'm in.

We get to ideation more quickly.

Still learning it but it's great for collaborating. And it makes meetings much more interactive and therefore more engaging.
