Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is being used by all organizations on different projects and with clients. Mainly for design thinking in some projects and where multiple stakeholders must share their opinion and make it interactive, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic which makes it possible to better brainstorm with people from different geographies.

The installation is very easy and can be integrated with Teams. Miro has some online tutorials which make it easy for basic use. Many things are quite intuitive but if you want to go up to the next level it is required for you to go deep and investigate by yourself.
Miro can be easily integrated with Teams, which allows you to complete along the way with your teams and clients. As it is supported by multiple devices, you can keep working in different environments. It could integrate better with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel to make design thinking easier.
Miro was a fundamental software during the COVID 19 pandemic since all my team and the client's team were working remotely from home in multiple locations. The integration with Teams, it made easier to conduct especially the design phase of projects and better interact with all the stakeholders in the project.

Miro is a very functional and easy-to-use app that allows you, your team, and your customer to jointly work over some particular issues wherever you are. It can combine pre-designed motions from PowerPoint for example and then complete along the way in Miro. Also, contribute to designing thinking.
