Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used to help teams collaborate and illustrate different types of matters. To easier present information to teams while introducing new things. We also use Miro to have fun on some Friday bar sessions and teambuilding.
  • Helps illustrate information.
  • Provides a tool for collaboration.
  • Enables team to have more engaging meetings.
  • The more board grows the slower it is loading.
  • Sometimes there are issues with the size of the items being too small by default when dragged onto the board so you have to zoom in a lot to see them.
  • Increased engagement in meetings.
  • Increased engagement in agile routines.
Don't have any particular ones but I was very excited to try it out and use it in my work.
I wasn't directly involved in the integration of Miro but the ease of use and benefits it provides made the integration into the organization very smooth.
Miro has helped us to have more engaging and fun meetings where everyone could equally participate and collaborate.

I haven't used any other products like Miro. Miro was the first one I have tried and never really wanted to try anything else as Miro fulfills my needs.
Miro is very well suited to have engaging meetings where all team members can equally participate. Things like retrospectives where you can collaborate with your teammates and engage them through adding sticky notes for example. Things like organizational changes can also be very well presented through Miro as it is easy to visually demonstrate them.
