Overall Satisfaction with Miro

To collaborate remotely with the team on design (team briefing, share ideas, updates, project progress). Storyboard presentation decks remote client presentation and then export to pdf deck.
  • Ease of uploading, copying and pasting content in Miro.
  • Annotation tools are well thought out and sufficient, (I don't find that I lack any).
  • Notification tools when someone adds a comment, comments bring you directly to the area on the board.
  • Being able to copy a single page from a deck that has been fully extracted from PDF.
  • Being able to overlay images over an existing one and specify opacities.
  • Loading and use on mobile phones (can't get it to load on iPhone).
  • Being able to move the view finder from the bottom right corner. (for right-handed iPad users).
  • Positive impact of enabling team to collaborate remotely.
  • Positive impact of providing visibility of project to all remote collaborators.
Equipping team with the right hardware so Miro boards don't lag. Our team additionally works with iPads to increase productivity with Miro discipline with the boards. Proper structure, creating new boards so info remains manageable.
It was a no-brainer. It fit our line of work so it was not a struggle to get the team to use it.
It was primarily selected to enable the team to work remotely from home and from multiple countries.

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Works best with images, visual types of info. could imagine it working less well in industries dealing with text-heavy or numbers-heavy info. Also works best for the initial start of a project (brainstorming, big picture ideas), not suited for project management (gets messy).
