Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We usually use Miro both internally when we brainstorm a new solution or a challenge that requires input from all team members integrating the line of thought and contribution from each team member. Additionally, Miro is usually a go-to tool for business cases as well as problem-solving for client engagements. Overall, on average the platform is used on a consistent basis at least once a week.
  • Capture ideas from all parties.
  • Visualize complex problems.
  • Provides great tools for brainstorming while in remote environment.
  • None that I can think of.
  • Increased overall productivity of remote teams.
  • Eased understanding of client challenges, reduced time to react.
Not applicable as I was not part of the implementation process.
My team greatly appreciates the ease of exporting and integrating boards with Jira.
My immediate direct team consists of persons who are located in vast geographical locations across the United States and Mexico. Some of the team members even have never seen each other in person throughout their tenure of work with the company which can be easily a couple of years. Definitely, the pandemic brought additional challenges for teams to collaborate on projects. Overall, Miro has been one of the instruments that allowed to lift some of the challenges of the present environment and bring additional efficiencies to team collaboration.

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It is a well-suited platform taking a complex challenge and breaking it down into individual components and then tackling each component separately before tieing them together. Most recently, I used it with my team to bring continuous improvement to the internal processes we have employed for client engagement using the agile style of work.
