Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to facilitate design thinking sessions with 2 or more people. We use Miro also for tracking processes or do schemes for diagram flows. With Miro, we can allow people to do participate in activities like sorting the elements, voting options, etc... Sometimes we try to use Miro also to conduct user research with our customers.

I think that Miro was very well implemented. The web cloud version is very simple to use and accepted form our privacy department. Furthermore, the template of boards is very useful and can help to use a new type of board. At every session, we spend 5 minutes to illustrate to participants how to use it and this time is sufficient.
I can not give you a vote for this question because we don't use Miro with integration with our systems. We use it always in the cloud with the web version. Sincerely, I didn't know before today that we could integrate with Miro. I think that this functionality needs more visibility.
Miro is fundamental for allowing remote working during this pandemic. It allows us to work with collegues in the same country, but also with foreign vendors (American, Indian, ecc..). Miro is known by a lot of people all around the world. This is another positive point for using Miro in our company.

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
We chose to use Miro because it was used by other Italian and foreign suppliers. Furthermore, Miro allows the possibility to try the service with a free account.
We think that Miro is well suited for Design Thinking sessions, specially if these are do remotely and with more users. It is less appropriate for show some materials to high stakeholders. It seems too much technical and less business oriented. In the end there aren't animations that can show an element step by step.
