Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are in the current stage of defining several processes at my company, usually, this involves a large number of other employees that must participate in workshops in order to define each process we need. I have found Miro is a perfect tool at all of the workshops I lead since it allows all participants to participate and engage in dynamic activities with Miro. Not only that, but Miro is also an excellent organizational tool to keep track of dates and projects, and the various templates that it has are of great help. Using Miro we have been able to lead about a dozen workshops to create strategic plans and define several processes.
  • Being flexible with what you can do with it
  • Wide variety of tools to use
  • Easy to use
  • Better control of the screen
  • Easier switch between "selecting" and "moving the screen"
  • Faster load times
  • Improved productivity
  • Reduced project completion time
  • Better organization
It is better to implement with a small tutorial on how to use the tool and all of its benefits, usually, you might need to use Miro with people who are not familiar with this type of software so a small onboarding might be needed to understand some basic functionalities while in a workshop.
I was really happy with how easy it is to obtain an education license for Miro that added even more functionalities. I had to verify my employment from an education institution but the process was easy to follow and lasted less than an hour after being submitted in order to be approved.
My team has recently expanded from 2 people on my team to 7 people on. my team, so collaboration and organization have been key in this larger team. Miro has allowed my team to be better organized as it is really flexible to use and we have found a variety of uses for it.

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is well suited for use in workshops or when you need to organize large teams. It is not suited for the creation of documents or other work, rather it is an excellent tool for the organization since it has many useful functionalities such as voting and being available to use and edit without an account.
