Overall Satisfaction with Miro

With remote working, it has been key to have adequate tools for more dynamic virtual meetings. Visualization tools, like whiteboards and sticky notes, help me achieve shared understanding among the audience of these meetings. Moving forward, I expect to remain operating in a hybrid environment, and a virtual board like Miro will be a key enabler for engagement and more effective sessions.
  • Facilitation toolset
  • Availability of templates
  • User interface
  • Support
  • Large number of sticky notes make the navigation sluggish.
  • Improved engagement
  • Extended service scope
Refresh rate when navigating in a workshop whiteboard turned very sluggish after a couple of the exercises.
Haven’t tried integration.
Having the virtual equivalent of a Strategic Room enabled the team to support the decision-making with some powerful map and other visualization. This has halved the time briefing to agree on goals and tasks and has improved the decision-making process.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Mural service was very slow. Some of the issues we faced remained to unsolve for weeks. Even trying to buy was difficult. MS Teams whiteboard is very basic in facilitation tools and even the drawing ones.
Miro is great for managing virtual and hybrid meetings when the interaction is required. It can get you rolling really quickly without being distractive. Hybrid sessions are not that good unless you have more fit-for-purpose equipment.
