Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro for product development purposes. As a product designer, I mostly use it to map user journeys to share with different stakeholders so I can communicate processes and identify pain points, document insights for user interviews, and hold design workshops. Miro is where I document ideas and findings so I have one place of reference to go back to.
  • Providing templates for different user research documentation
  • Collaboration among multiple users in one workspace
  • Stickies!
  • Better and more modern UI interface
  • More activities for icebreakers especially now that we're doing lots of virtual meetings
  • Miro can be a bit slow sometimes
  • Improved productivity
  • Less time spent on trying to create something from scratch
  • Increased transparency between teams
It has helped us better align as a team since we can collaborate in one space like having a whiteboard in a room. It also keeps everything in one place where everyone can access, so it reduces the time spent on meetings.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is easy to use for user journey mappings. A really easy way to share boards too! The collaboration aspect of it is really good, but the UI interface could be modernized a bit more.
