Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use it for User Research: Affinity mapping, process flows, personas. Also use it as a group activity to organize thoughts, action items, characteristics of users, group process flow tasks, prioritizing needs based on feedback.
  • simple to add content
  • easy to collaborate
  • can be as simple as sticky board or as complex as quickly ideating marketing layouts
  • movement around the board
  • scaling of stickies
  • sublists
  • Made remote working still feel like you can work as a team
  • Improved productivity because of collaboration
Worked on a team with two members who had never worked in Miro before, yet they quickly became comfortable with the tools and structure within a few sessions.
Had a few team members who had never worked in Miro before, yet after only a few sessions, they were able to work quickly and effectively with the tools.
Remote working will be a consistent thing for me in my job for the foreseeable future at least for a few days every week. Miro bridges the distance between workers and allows them to collaborate similarly to the way they used to in an office.

It is best used as a place for a team to store ideas, user feedback, user stories, and collaborate on prioritization
