Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro as a visual organizational tool for almost every aspect of our business. From organizing important client data and brainstorming marketing ideas to sharing and reviewing mock-ups and scheduling content. Miro does it all, and it does it well. We even use Miro in our internal Human Resources review process. Miro is great for visualizing any kind of data.

Take the time to set up reusable templates for your team. These can be tweaked as you go, but they will help reduce the spin-up time of new boards drastically, especially for users who are less creative or who are experiencing mental fatigue. Also, take the time to get your teammates set up and trained on the product.
It's mostly intuitive. There are a lot of options that aren't so intuitive and can take time to learn, but for the most part, the settings and tools you need to get started are similar enough to other tools so that if you've worked with other similar tools you'll pick things up quickly.
It has enabled us to collaborate efficiently both simultaneously and at different times. Miro has given our team the ability to communicate better by showing each other what we are trying to communicate in whatever method is the best for each user at the time. The options truly seem limitless.

Yes

Miro is great for creative individuals, but it can be cumbersome for those who are less creative. This can be mitigated if your team develops and uses templates that can give those less creative individuals a head start and an example to follow. There are also a LOT of options and settings, which is great, but it can quickly become overwhelming when you are first learning the tool.
