Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Collaborating during meetings while WFH. Mira replaces whiteboards we would have used sitting in the same room talking through ideas.
Also helps us track multiple complex ideas and connect them to help form a bigger picture.

  • At times gets complex, especially for new users. Think the UX overall can be simplified a bit without giving up on features.

  • Share visual representation of the point which is very important for visual learners and more important for all working remotely.
Nothing beyond what has been mentioned in previous points. Love using it.....iPad apps, and phone apps that are easier to use (even if it limits some functionality) would be useful. Note - I have not tried to find phone Miro apps - may be a marketing opportunity if it exists. :)
Understanding it is integration into working style....not technical integration as a system (though that would be excellent too).

Reason for rating: Visual and intuitive for the most past.
Yes - mentioned this in multiple questions in this survey. We always work remotely and many discussions would have taken much longer if we didn't have Miro because it brings everyone to the same visual picture and corresponding relationships very quickly.

Best Suited: Discuss and track multiple complex workflows/ideas and processes. Less appropriate: Working with New users on the complex discussions where they may be lost for a while in understanding and getting used to it. We get around it by starting with an ice breaker that uses Miro and gives them familiarity.
