Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro allows my team and me to stay organized and helps us create account mapping of difficult accounts. It helps all members of the team work collaboratively and in sync workflow. It is a simple and effective platform that does not require a lot of experience or knowledge to use so great for new starters.
  • Collaboration in detail- zoom in and zoom out of sticky notes
  • Easy flowing use (alike presentation it allows functional use)
  • Aesthetic- many other platforms like miro have alot of similar traits however miro is more presentable
  • Can become very big very quickly- making it difficult to find main points
  • Too many buttons and options
  • Sometimes can take a while to load up
  • Very positive sales account plans created
  • Place to add detail for new staters
  • Less costly than other platforms
Was really an amazing tool to have during COVID. Even now, with everyone working from home, it has made people feel closer and more connected without actually being near each other. That is one of the truly amazing impacts miro has done for both myself and my team too
Very easy to integrate however, the team work side does need an upgrade.
It has made people feel closer and happier during covid

Miro is well suited for account planning on large-scale accounts. Where a group of people needs to work together and collaborate. It is less likely to be needed when it is only a small task at hand as it can then become a bit stringent to use. I have found this in the past.
