Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro regularly for some of the agile ceremonies with my engineering team (ex: retrospectives) and to support my roadmap/planning activities.
  • For remote scrum retrospectives, the tool is great. You can set up a timer for each of the phases and they're a voting system to easily vote and identify the most important topics for discussion.
  • Lots of existing templates that help you to organize planning.
  • Lack of localization (I'd like Miro to be available in other languages like Spanish).
  • Improved team productivity in agile ceremonies.
Miro was already integrated in my organization when I arrived, and most of my team members had already worked with the tool in the past.

Miro is a great tool for Product Managers to use. It helps a lot to facilitate remote sessions with the rest of the team, and there are tons of templates that will help you to onboard and start using the tool easily and quickly.
