Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Primary usage is mind-mapping and brainstorming templates. From my side, Miro is used extensively when kick-starting projects - the advantage of using the board is the variety of templates and tools on offer - I can always find one to suit my needs. The other huge advantage is you can import graphs, report sections, magazine articles. I love the ability to collaborate on the board, without having to be in the same room - it extends the team countrywide. The ease of use - it is intuitive and very easy to figure out how the board works - although there is support if required. Any of the team can dip in and out when required - independently of the other team members. Usage extends to product usage and consumer needs, proposition development, consumer response tracking and analysis

- Collaborative - unlimited users can work on the same map. Informs you when updates have been made so you can follow
- the mind-mapping joiner lines a very light - would like a facility to thicken the lines
- to be able to independently adjust the font size in the mind-map
- Improved dynamic working using multidisciplinary teams
- Enable clarity of thinking as you can see the project points (positive and negative) unfold in front of you
- ease of use - dipping in and out on an as need basis, huge availability of tools to help you map, monitor and course correct your projects
it has helps enormously - particularly during lock down, we could still conduct our brainstorm sessions with the team remotely. you can also use the board as a presentation tool to demonstrate the thought process used to come to the conclusion
