Overall Satisfaction with Miro
In our office, we use Miro to help out our Account Managers. It's all about fixing the everyday issues they deal with. Miro is like our go-to tool for planning, sharing ideas, and managing projects as a team. Specifically, we customize Miro to create user-friendly platforms for Account Managers. The idea is to make their tasks easier and work more smoothly. It's like giving them a tool that just clicks with what they do every day.

- Straightforward and has virtually everything you need
- Allows for complex thing to be very organized
- I've seen one of my coworkers using lucidchart instead of Miro for Database charting. Maybe there's something to be improved there?

Miro has played a very important role in transforming the way our team collaborates. Since our entire team operates remotely, Miro has become the backbone of our virtual workspace. We've been able to recreate the essence of in-person collaboration, allowing team members to brainstorm ideas, plan projects, and contribute to discussions.
As I said in other answers, Lucid has been our go-to option regarding Database charting. I believe it has better features for this goal.
