Overall Satisfaction with Miro

As a former Scrum Master and nowadays PO I take good value of using Miro for getting my team to collaborate and also use it during our PI Planning (SAFe). It provides a good overview, is good to be able to connect in towards Jira and also brings some more joy for the team. I am quite experienced in creating boards but I also find Mirouniverse to be an excellent source for using other contributor's boards. Miro is a very valuable tool for me.

  • Cut down cost of meeting time with approximately 25 % if we didn't have Miro
I give it as it's ok to link towards Jira and also to some extent to Confluence, but more here could be done I believe. One thing which would be really good is to see the state of a Jira-issue directly in Miro. A different thing would be to be able to change state in Miro and have it effected in Jira.
It has become easier and reduced the amount of travel for our distributed team. It unite our workers for a common and transparent understanding. It's also very interactive as workers can do things simultaneously on the board. We can also invite people outside of the board to inform themselves about the progress as such.

Yes

Very good for using it for PI Planning. Good usage for check-ins and retros. Make work a bit more fun. It's not yet so good for using direct user stories connected to features and epics since Jira is better in that. Not yet so good for documetation as Confluence is stronger in that.
