Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- We couldn't run our business without [monday.com], we used to use a program we wrote but you cannot compare it to Monday.
We run everything with Monday.com. Orders and production work flow, debt collection, CRM. We store information for return orders, order numbers, graphics mock ups, file numbers etc.
- Once the order is entered each department can fulfill their tasks and update [monday.com], we print textiles so we can see if the products are ready or ordered, status of graphics, screens. How order is being shipped, promised date. All of info is in Monday.
- We file in [monday.com] a jpg of the graphics we use so when we get reorders the sales people copy paste and we know exactly what is being reordered.
- Because we work in the cloud all relevant departments can work at the same time.
- The program keeps jamming when we add jpgs, not sure why this is happening.
[monday.com] works really well, we couldn't run our business without it
