The whole project team is using [monday.com] to manage the tasks and the onboarding of our clients. It's easy to have a quick view on our to do list and to see which clients need more attention.
We also manage our contracts directly in Monday to give an access to the whole team.

Easy to use and the integration is quite easy.
The negative point is that it is hard to start a new dashboard from nothing or to change the process when a dashboard is already used

Well appropriated for task management, team management, onboarding pipeline.
Nice to have it in a team because it is really visual and always quick to get an information.
Easy to export dashboards to use it in Excel for different subjects.
May be hard to use [monday.com] for commercial pipeline when you have a lot of leads.
