Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's used across the whole organization and allows to maintain order and share information within departments whilst keeping it organized. As well it allows for us to create boards with information from several departments and always keep it updated. It gives follow up and improves information transparency, as we can all see the development of it all and what steps are still missing.

Usability

It's pretty amazing in some areas. But lots of the templates are just too stiff and don't allow as much personalization. There is too much going on on the tables, it can get a bit confusing. But in general it is a great tool for organization and to keep record information.

Support Rating

I had an issue with monday.com ONCE, with my drive files not uploading. It was almost midnight. I spoke with the customer support and literally in less than 15 mins my issue was fixed, their customer service attention is spotless and amazing. The attention is actually around the clock and all of them are really nice.

Reliability & Availability

My company uses monday.com as a management software and it really supports the organization. It allows a wide team collaboration. Its live information presented easily and the integrations makes it even easier, as you don't have to hop in-between. Everything happens there and stays there. As far as sharing information, files and keeping it uptight and organized, monday.com has done wonders. It is great how much easier it is now to complete procedures and don't have a library full of confusing links.

There just a couple of options that are a little bit hard of using, like adding the comments on the profiles, instead of a dropdown option for that same bullet point. As well, everything is in the 'table format' which is kinda limiting, if you need to nest files you can only add them as links, so it is not really visual, but it regards to organization tag. This works wonders. It allows organizing the information really effortlessly and the fact that you can tag people and it would notify through different areas is just awesome. The integrations with other platforms is something to be thankful for. Honestly if you are not that much into having 'the freedom of design' then it's PERFECT.

Monday... more like Friday.
