- Increased team collaboration
- Easier tracking and reporting of project status
- Easy access to information
Monday.com is being used by a Marketing department. It helps us tracking and managing Marketing Transformation Program effectively. It's absolutely a user-friendly tool particularly when we manage our project in Agile manner, updating task status is so easy and efficient.
- Sprint Planning. You can move tasks easily from one sprint to another. Just Drag and Drop.
- You can build a flexible and adaptable board for any tracking purpose, not necessarily Agile Project.
- Perfect mechanism for Team Collaboration such as Marketing Roadmap planning, Event Planning. Team is able to access the Information any time any where.
- Allow different column header for different group
- Some scrolling bars are too tiny, have difficult time to scroll up and down the page.
- Only allowed owner of the board to add/edit Status Labels
- Have a Duration field and make it a calculated field if there is start date and end date created for the board
