We use Monday.com to create benchmarks for progress on all types of tasks. Monday.com has allowed the transition to virtual work so much easier for our team because we can always check the status or progress of an item or a project without constantly asking for updates from one another. Monday.com also allows me to be better at my job because it creates reminders so I don't forget important but deadlines or task completion goals. One of the ways Monday.com has been the most useful is being able to review our work from a year ago and get all the details without having to scroll through old emails and documents.

  • Allows sharing of information across teams easy.
  • More customization of how the boards look and operate, sometimes there's specific things you want to track that the current templates don't allow for.
It takes a bit of getting used to but once you understand how it works it's very simple and easy to use.

Features definitely work as designed, though there is a bit of a learning curve in how to use Monday initially.
