Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use monday.com to track marketing campaigns, along with website and digital advertising tasks. It's also a great tool for tracking our yearly goals and it's simple to use with people outside the organization through sharable boards.

Pros and Cons

Amazing UI.
The desktop app works good, but the mobile app is an amazing experience.
App integration.

The Inbox/Notification setup can be confusing, this needs some work.
The difference between Comments and Updates within a task could be more clear.

Usability

The usability should be above a 10. The UI/UX of monday.com is unlike anything else available for project management. monday.com is really easy to use because of the good UI, and if you have any problems figuring out the application there are endless videos to show you how to do anything, and they're good videos, like really good!

Support Rating

Honestly, I've never had to reach out to monday.com support, but I imagine that they're great. They have video tutorials on almost anything you could ask about so it's super easy to get the support you need from watching a 5-10 minutes clip.

Reliability & Availability

I have actually encountered the platform being a bit buggy, but only after using it for a long period of time and a simple refresh has always fixed it. Other than that, no problems at all, and even this issue is somewhat expected, it's only happened maybe twice in the year I've been using the platform.

I've only used monday.com in a marketing project tracking setting and it's an amazing tool for that purpose. There are a ton of premade templates making monday.com well suited for a wide range of departments (probably all departments honestly).
