Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Today my company uses monday.com across the whole organization. The business problem that we address is the Home Office Routine, and we use monday.com to organize all demands inside the company, from briefing to creative part. As we use monday.com to new opportunities inside the company, like, new clients, new proposals and new projects.
  • The UX behind the boards.
  • The easy way to find information.
  • The easy way to get in touch with my demand.
  • The way to deliver and connect all people inside the app.
  • The beautiful interface.
  • When I do a search, the boards that I shelved don't appear to me.
  • The way to include files in my tasks.
  • The way how my files appear when I attached them.
  • Time saving.
  • Project management boards.
  • Easier setup of project.
This is the best thing that I found in monday.com. When you get started to use, in some ways can be a little confusing in the beginning, but when you find all options that you have, and you understand that you can do in your way, becomes an easy tool to use.
As a user, I never used the Customer Support for any problem. Considering the IT review in the last meeting, I really believe that monday.com has a good Customer Support, considering that we never had any problem or technical issue that blocked us to do our job. So I believe in the Customer Center of monday.com.

Well suited scenario: Advertising and marketing. Hub leaders. Small and medium companies. Project management. Less Appropriate: Big companies with department crossing. Areas that you need to use confidential info. Companies that don't have a leader to organize all tasks. Companies that have more than 100 clients, maybe will be confusing to organize if you have a team that uses the same information.
