Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I think monday.com is great! It really helps our team stay organized and get projects done on time. The project request feature is great because I run the creative department in marketing so people can submit requests using that! I also love the automation tool to customize the experience for our exact needs! The calendar view is also helpful to see when projects need to be completed!

  • I used to use office 365 project manager and liked how you could view all projects and then it would file them all in the same place on the right when completed. I don't like how monday.com makes it more complicated. Archiving is not quickly accessible.
  • I wish there was a way to change what percentage the project was done manually, not based on tabs.

I think monday.com is pretty easy to use and navigate overall. The automation tool is also really easy to use!
I haven't contacted them yet so not sure, but our team did have a custom tutorial webchat early on when we started using it so we could ask questions and have things explained by one of their employees!

Great overall experience! Helps us stay organized in our marketing department. I run creative so great people outside my department can make requests to me and then I can get in touch with them about it. Love the custom automatons you can add too!
