monda.com is being used by the whole organization. At first, it started on beta just for my team but as I showcased the time reduced and the benefits in the organizations of our tasks it expanded to all our business units.
- Automations are insane. You can even integrate several apps like Zapier, Slack, and Gmail.
- Their Support team is really great, they have great product knowledge and their response time is adequate to your urgency.
- The template boards are great to get you started and they can be used across any industry, making it pretty easy to start using.
- The UI is very clean and easy to use.
- Better integration with Excel/spreadsheets and being able to calculate stuff better.
- Do more webinars or maybe send case studies.
- Have a call with a product expert to maybe go over some things on the boards to see where there is room for improvement.
It is very reliable and the design is nice.
