It is super user friendly. Even people who haven't used it before are almost ready to instantly work with it. Everything is set up super well.

Support Rating

I wrote support a few times because I needed help with something. I do not recall what it was, but I recall that I did not get an answer to my questions. I do not know if support has improved, I haven't had any use of it for a long time.
