Pros and Cons

User friendly - super easy to understand and use.
Organisation options - easy to see projects statuses, comments and any documents related.
Creating graphs and tables for stats and reporting.

More features for finances and numbers to help with budget management.
Maybe so further playful/gamification aspects.

Usability is fantastic and the training resources available are great too.

I haven't used any technical support personally.

Reliability & Availability

Really reliable, we've had no issues at all with accessing projects or archives. It makes us feel in control and much calmer when we have a busy workload.

For anything team-related or project management, I think it's great. Creating different boards for teams and projects makes things really digestible and easy to understand. Brilliant for creatives, but I'm not so sure about other areas.
