monday.com is used across our whole practice. It is used for general communication regarding patients as well as interoffice communication. We are now using it in lieu of our dental practice management software in a few areas. These would be management of lab cases - prescriptions, tracking, storing; and organization of our daily huddle and schedule; communication regarding patients. Additionally we are using monday.com to manage and control inventory of professional supplies as well as office supplies. It's a work in progress, but has helped with ordering when and how much we should as opposed to not knowing what you have and overspending or running out of needed supplies.

- I would like a window of time to add training built in to costs when first learning.
One of the things that is frustrating to me is when you get a new piece of equipment or app or program, and you are trained and good to go - and then when you are now on your own, something is glitchy or not working as it should. Happily we have not experienced that with monday.com, and in fact there has been some recent changes that were pointed out to us that made what we were doing even better. Every day we get more and more comfortable and find it hard to imagine practicing without it.
